Crab Cake Mixes

Nick’s Mild Crab Cake Mix

Bread Crumbs, Whole Egg Solids, Spices, Wheat Flour, Salt, and Parsley Flakes

Just enough spices to not overwhelm and a touch of sweetness to compliment the crabmeat.

Mix with ½ cup of mayonnaise. Gently add 1 pound of crab meat. Fry or boil until golden brown.

 

Nick’s Spicy Crab Cake Mix

Bread Crumbs, Whole Egg Solids, Spices, Wheat Flour, Salt, and Parsley Flakes

Extra cayenne pepper for a kicked up version of the mild crab cake mix.

Sprinkle as with salt on Crabs, Shrimp, Seafood, Potato Chips, or French Fries.

Sweet Smokehouse

Sugar, Spices, Salt, and Paprika

Perfect combination of sweet and smoke to compliment Pork or Poultry in the smoker or on the grill. Rub Generously on Pork or Poultry.

 

Brandied Pepper

Peppers, Salt, Spices, Sugar, Paprika, Garlic and Parsley

Touch of sweet brandy up front and finishes with a combination of pepper. Rub generously on any meat or vegetable.

 

Kansas City

Salt, Spices, Garlic, Natural Flavor, and Citric Acid

Coarsely chopped all-purpose rub. Rub generously on any meat or vegetable.

 

Zesty Steak

Salt, Paprika, Spices, Herbs, Onion, Garlic and Turmeric

Blend of coarse and finely ground spice that finishes with a zesty, spicy finish. Rub generously on any meat or vegetables
